Commercialisation of Living Cell Therapies to Induce Soft Tissue Regeneration
| DESCRIPTION |
Organogenesis Inc is a regenerative medicine company that has a focus in developing cell therapies that induce soft tissue regeneration for multiple applications. The company has served as an early pioneer in the field and has gradually developed competencies in characterisation and amplification of allogeneic cells, mass-production of cell therapies and multiple aspects of commercialising living technologies. The mission of the company is to help make regenerative medicine a standard-of-care choice for patients who deserve it. Many of the challenges that have been faced and addressed along the development pathway will be discussed. To date the company has treated well over 200,000 patients with its tissue-engineered products. New clinical data will be presented that further highlight the utility of delivering living, allogeneic cell therapies to induce soft tissue regeneration.
